These Terms and Conditions explain the agreement between the United Address and its users. The users understand that the Terms and Conditions apply to the usage of all mail and package forwarding services and to the operation of United Address as a whole. United Address has the authority to terminate users without notification for any of the following reasons:
⦁ Discovery of a history of user termination due to wrongful usage of United Address services.
⦁ Communication with the user becomes prohibitively difficult (e.g., because of the user’s lack of access to a computer and the Internet, etc.).
⦁ A customer violates the United Address Terms and Conditions.
⦁ Any other reason that United Address recognizes and decides that an applicant is unfit as a user.
If an applicant is under the age of 18, the application will require the approval of a parent or legal guardian.
United Address will store your packages in our warehouse for up to 30 days without charge while we wait to receive all of the required fees and customs forms for shipping, and any additional packages that are to be consolidated.
United Address users are prohibited from attempting the following actions:
⦁ Using, duplicating, manipulating, or otherwise tampering with the information required for the use of United Address services.
⦁ Using or sending any software with the intention to harm or damage United Address, such as viruses, spyware, etc., or attempting to gain access to the information of United Address or other United Address users, e.g. through activity such as hacking.
⦁ Using another user’s ID number or password without permission.
⦁ Any action that violates copyrights or other intellectual rights of United Address, its users, or a third party.
⦁ Any action that slanders, damages, or dishonors United Address, its users, or a third party.
⦁ Any action that violates the privacy or properties of United Address, its users, or a third party.
⦁ Writing or sending inaccurate or unnecessary (meaningless) information through United Address.
⦁ Publishing or distributing unethical information through United Address. ⦁ Violate any law (whether local, state, national, or international), whether or not intentionally.
⦁ Any action that may possibly cause any of the above listed prohibitions.
⦁ Any other action that United Address recognizes and determines inappropriate, unethical, or unfit.
⦁ Provide fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete information to United Address or any shipping service or government agency.
United Address does not take responsibility for interruption of services or delay due to malfunction of the host computer, network, black-out, security measures, natural disaster, or any other valid causes.

Refunds/Cancellations

We will initiate a refund within 3 days to your credit card (or original method of payment), If your cancellation is approved.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Cancellation
You have 6 calendar days to cancel a subscription plan from the date you purchased it.
To be eligible for a refund include deposit funds, your subscription plan and service must be unused and in the same condition that you purchased it.
A deposit-refund system is not applicable to free or zero cost subscription plan. So, The account balance is use to your further service cost.
